Length: according to client's preference, up to 2 hours. 

Our return policy:

• We accept returns for products if they are made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Refunds are based on the amount paid for the product at the time of ordering minus a fee of 5% for processing the refund.

• Most refunds are fully refunded in 3 – 5 days after we receive and process your return. 

The sessions can be done in person in Hamburg, Germany or online, via Zoom.
